In the aftermath of the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe vs. Wade, Apple has reiterated its support of employees regarding their reproductive health.

On Friday, the Supreme Court voted to end the constitutional right to abortion, leaving it to states to decide to determine their own laws to ban or enable abortion. Following the decision, which President Joe Biden described as a “tragic error,” Apple has issued a statement on the subject.”As we’ve said before, we support our employees’ rights to make their own decisions regarding their reproductive health,” the statement received by CNBC reads. “For more than a decade, Apple’s comprehensive benefits have allowed our employees to travel out-of-state for medical care if it is unavailable in their home state.”
