New teardown videos of the M2 MacBook Air have been released, but they add more mysteries than they solve. As well as showing just how tightly and well-engineered the device is, they definitely show the MacBook Air has an accelerometer — for some unknown reason.Plus there is debate here, but some sources are claiming the new device also features a U1 chip. So conceivably you could drop the MacBook Air, which would definitely trigger the accelerometer, and you could then use the U1 chip to find the device at your feet.
