The POCO F4 rumour mill has been active for a while now, with expected announcement dates, specs and design rumours coming every day. The Xiaomi based brand’s latest mobile is expected to be a rerelease of the Redmi K40S, launched in China earlier this year. POCO has started teasing the launch of a new device lately, which could be the POCO F4 in all possibilities. POCO India has also tweeted about a new product release, which could mean the F4 might be launching in India.

POCO F4 Specifications and Launch Date
The POCO F4 might come with the Snapdragon 870 under the hood, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. Few leaked images of the F4 show that it might feature a 64MP triple camera with an OmniVision sensor, which is an upgrade on the 48MP triple camera setup present on the Redmi K40S. It also comes with a 4520mAh battery with fast charging and Android 12 based on Xiaomi’s MIUI 13.
The POCO F4 has a similar design to the Redmi K40S with a gradient finish seen in the leaked images. The top-left of the back of the phone is home to the rear camera. The front has a punch-hole design to house the single selfie camera. The device is expected to have a 6.69-inches AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz.
POCO has stated in its promotional tweet about how its focus is back on “Everything You Need”, which emphasises providing an all-round experience for its consumers, unlike the POCO F4 GT variant that primarily focuses on gaming. The launch date is yet to be announced, so we might have to wait a little longer to confirm how many of the leaks were indeed right.
