Vivo X80 series is here in India. There are two phones namely the Vivo X80 and the Vivo X80 Pro. As has been the case with its predecessors, the new Vivo X series also boasts “cinematic” camera capabilities. The handsets have got a 50MP triple rear camera setup with Zeiss optics, an anti-reflective coating on the glass surfaces, and a proprietary V1 Plus image processor. The vivo X80 and X80 Pro come in a Cosmic Black colour while the Vivo X80 comes in Urban Blue colour too.
Vivo has outfitted the X80 with a 6.78-inch E5 AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. On the Pro model, you get a QHD+ LTPO2 panel which means you get an adaptive refresh rate from 1Hz to 120Hz. This implementation would be more power-efficient.

The processing load of the regular Vivo X80 is lifted by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chip coupled with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage setup. A 4500mAh battery keeps the lights on and an 80W charger ensures it stays charged.
The Pro variant gets Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 instead along with upto 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and upto 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
Vivo X80 Pro is IP68-rated for dust and water resistance.
